Recruit So Simple was created because recruitment software had become too expensive, too complicated and too hard to live with. Since 2011, we’ve focused on one thing: practical recruitment CRM software that teams can rely on every day.
Useful software should not need a complicated explanation.
When we launched Recruit So Simple, we wanted to build the recruitment system we felt was missing: one secure place for jobs, candidates, clients, emails and documents, without forcing teams through unnecessary complexity.
We’re completely independent and not associated with any recruitment agencies. That means our product decisions are shaped by the customers using the software, not by a parent agency or a separate recruitment business. Our team is based in the UK, with our office in Frimley, Surrey.
