It doesn't have to be difficult

Migrating your data from one recruitment system to another can be very time consuming, but it doesn't have to be difficult.

• Bulk CV import
• CSV import

Recruit So Simple comes with a set of built-in tools which you can use to import your existing data at no extra cost. You can either bulk upload all of your candidate CVs and get going straight away (easy), or if you have experience with CSV files and are quite proficient in Excel, you can import your data directly into the system (advanced).

Bulk CV Upload (Easy)

Simply upload a ZIP file containing all of your candidate CVs (we recommend splitting them into batches of 500 or less though) and Recruit So Simple will create all of the candidate records for you automatically. This is the easiest and most straightforward way of getting started.

CSV Import (Advanced)

Using our provided CSV templates, you can sort and modify your existing data so that it imports directly into the system. Using this method you can import candidates, clients, contacts and vacancies.

Our support team are more than happy to provide basic trouble shooting assistance in regards to the bulk import tools, but we are unable to assist with preparing data for import.
