Using Automation to Save Time

Today we have launched an update to our online recruitment software that improves the automation system. In Recruit So Simple you can automate tasks, emails and SMS messages when specific events occur in the system.

As an example, you could configure the system so that when an interview is added, the candidate will automatically be emailed with their interview location and time. Another example, is to have the system automatically assign a task to a client when a placement occurs, so you’ll have a reminder to contact them a certain number of days after the placement. The automation system is flexible and can be used in many different ways, dramatically reducing the time you spend on administration.
