Using our online recruitment software, email and SMS messages can be sent to your candidates and clients directly from within the system, where they are then automatically logged against the relevant record.

When sending bulk email and SMS messages you can save time by using templates (defined by you) and personalise the content by using merge fields, which can display the recipient’s name and title. You can also add signatures and customise the fonts/colours just like any other email system.

Recruit So Simple’s built-in email system also gives you the ability to automatically log emails received from candidates and clients. You can parse and import CVs directly from within the inbox and add unknown recipients as contacts with one click.
