They are always responsive to our queries and handle them promptly, but one aspect of their service stands out above the rest – their willingness to take on our feedback to improve the platform.

From a user perspective, the platform is straightforward. Our team finds the interface easy to navigate. This simplicity has made onboarding new team members efficient, reducing training times and enabling new starters to become productive faster. Pricing has been a major positive for us too. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the extensive functionality and the support provided.

As our group has grown, we’ve launched additional recruitment businesses, including Morela Ltd, and Recruit So Simple has been the natural CRM of choice for them as well as they scale. We’ve recommended Recruit So Simple to multiple other recruitment businesses within our network, and the feedback has been consistently positive, highlighting the same high-quality experience we’ve had.
